Myth: growing a plumbing business means spending all your time on marketing. Reality: some of that can be handled by a referral service. Applewood Plumbing connects homeowners in Manassas and the Manassas area with independent providers. You keep running your own business. We send you homeowners who are already looking for help.

This is not a job posting. There are no employees, no shifts and no uniforms. It is a way for independent contractors to receive homeowner inquiries.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who handle real household problems, including:

• Emergency plumbing for leaks, bursts and failed fixtures
• Drain clearing for kitchens, baths and main lines
• Sewer line inspection and repair
• Work on older homes with cast-iron, clay or galvanized pipes

Solo operators and small shops are welcome. If you serve homeowners in our area and run your own business, we would like to hear from you.

What We Expect

Providers in our network should:

• Hold all licenses, bonds and insurance required where they work
• Give homeowners a clear written quote before starting
• Be honest about availability and avoid making promises they cannot keep
• Communicate in plain language, especially with first-time homeowners
• Respect the home and the household's schedule
• Handle their own staff, equipment, pricing and warranties

We do not tell you how to do the work. We do ask that you treat homeowners fairly.
