Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Applewood Plumbing wants every visitor to be able to use applewood.living, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable by as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Offer text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let visitors move around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to talk with a provider, or email contact@applewood.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Happened
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@applewood.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
